SG Bags is a trade name of Grijak Industries LLC, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this policy, “SG Bags,” “we” and “us” refer to Grijak Industries LLC.

What we collect

Order information: When you place an order, we collect your name, shipping address, email and phone number to process and ship it. These are kept with your order record in Wix.
Payment information: All payments are processed securely by Wix, our website and payment platform. SG Bags never sees or stores your card details.
Email sign-ups and messages: If you join our email list or contact us, we collect the name and email address you provide.
Basic site data: Like most websites, our site platform automatically collects things like your browser type, device, IP address and pages visited, using cookies. This helps the site work and shows us, in general terms, how people use it.

What we don’t do
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we never share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with the services needed to run the shop, including Wix (our website and payment platform) and shipping carriers, and only as needed to fill your order, or when required by law.

Email newsletter
Signing up is always optional. If you join our email list, we store the name and email address you provide so we can send you news about new bags, events and pop-ups. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of every email, or by emailing contact@sgbags.com.

Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@sgbags.com. We’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under the GDPR, and the same email reaches us.

Data storage
We’re based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed here. We keep order records, including shipping and contact details, as long as needed for order history, returns and repairs, and tax and business records.

Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, such as checkout, may not work without them.

Children
This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Links
Our site may link to Instagram and other sites. Their privacy practices are their own.

Using this site
By using sgbags.com, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Our products
Every SG bag is one of one, made by hand from designer showroom fabric samples. We photograph each bag as accurately as we can, but colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Natural variation in the fabric and in Horween leather is part of each bag’s character.

Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. Because each bag is one of a kind, an order is confirmed only once payment is processed. If a pricing error occurs or a bag sells before your order goes through, we’ll contact you and issue a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel any order.

Our content
All photos, text, designs and the SG name and logo belong to Grijak Industries LLC. Please don’t copy or use them without permission. Sharing links and tagging @sghandbags is always welcome.

Limitation of liability
This site is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, Grijak Industries LLC isn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim won’t exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

We may update this page from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
